Massive Monday

Guess what I did today. I hung out by the river. Shocking, right? I'm really tired of the river and it's only been 1.5 weeks. But the river and I have bonded. Here is a picture from inside our diversion:



Here are two guys removing fish from the diversion:
You know how they do that? They shock the fish. Yep, they put electricity in the water and wait for the fish to float to the top. Strangely, this is Department of Wildlife approved. Luckily, we didn't have any fish in the diversion so there were no fish to see today!

I also worked on Mom's Christmas quilt. It will literally take me to December to get this done. Here is a sneak peek:

Can you guess what it will look like? I'm guessing not. I did get one full block put together tonight though. 1 down, 21 to go!

I also got all the cutting done for the quilt. That is the worst part.
